The CLVR LABs Earthship Campus™ is a developing Chicago-area vision for a creative campus and regenerative farm where creators, entrepreneurs, vendors, wellness leaders, youth, community organizations, and partners could learn, build, create, connect, and grow.
The goal is bigger than finding a building. CLVR LABs™ is exploring what it could look like to create a permanent physical home for the ideas behind The CLVR Blueprint™.

Business Lab + Incubator
Workshops and support could cover pricing, vendor readiness, planning, pitching, customer systems, business literacy, and practical entrepreneurship.
Campus role: help people turn talent and ideas into stronger business systems.
Event + Market Space
Indoor and outdoor areas could support vendor markets, creative networking, showcases, community gatherings, workshops, and brand activations.
Campus role: create a physical marketplace for creativity, commerce, learning, and connection.
Wellness Commons
Programming could include wellness workshops, quiet space, massage, recovery, meditation, nature-based experiences, and other appropriate activities.
Campus role: make recovery and well-being part of the environment.
Regenerative Farm
Gardens, greenhouse systems, outdoor learning, farm-to-market activity, food access programs, and sustainability education could connect people directly with land and food.
Campus role: connect agriculture, health, education, community, and economic opportunity.
Living Building Systems
The project could explore Earthship-inspired ideas such as passive design, renewable energy, water-conscious systems, lower-impact materials, and integrated food-growing systems where practical.
Campus role: make the building and land part of the learning experience.
