A Developing CLVR LABs™ Initiative

The CLVR LABs Earthship Campus™ is a developing initiative by CLVR LABs™. The goal is to create a real place where creative people, small business owners, youth, wellness leaders, and community builders can come together.

This vision grows from the work CLVR LABs already leads through Chicago vendor events, Chicago brand activations, creative media, wellness activations, business literacy, and community development.

A Chicago-Area Creative Campus and Regenerative Farm Vision

Many creators have ideas, talent, and drive. But they do not always have access to space, tools, support, or the right people.

The CLVR LABs Earthship Campus™ is being developed to help solve that problem.

The vision is simple. Build a Chicago-area creative campus where creators, entrepreneurs, wellness leaders, vendors, and community partners can create content, learn business skills, host events, connect with nature, and grow together.

What the Campus Could Include

The full vision includes creative, business, wellness, event, and land-based spaces. Each part would support a different need in the CLVR LABs ecosystem.

Creator Studios

Creator studios would give creators, brands, nonprofits, and small businesses a place to make content. This could include podcast rooms, photo space, video space, editing areas, product content, and media support.

Business Incubator

The business incubator would help people turn ideas into real plans. This could include business literacy, vendor training, founder support, pitch practice, workshops, and tools that help people build with more confidence.

Event and Market Space

The campus would include space for pop-ups, vendor markets, showcases, networking events, community gatherings, private events, and brand activations.

Wellness and Healing Space

The wellness space would support rest, recovery, mental wellness, and personal growth. This could include meditation, massage, wellness workshops, recovery sessions, and nature-based programming.

Regenerative Farm

The farm side of the campus would connect people to land, food, and nature. This could include gardens, greenhouse space, food access programs, outdoor learning, farm-to-market events, and sustainability education.

Earthship-Inspired Design

The Earthship idea brings the campus into the future. The vision may include sustainable design, natural materials, solar power, water reuse, growing systems, and creative retreat spaces.

Property Vision

CLVR LABs is exploring a larger property in the Chicago metro area or surrounding region.

The right site could be a former school, retreat center, industrial property with land, large estate, camp property, church campus, warehouse with outdoor space, or another flexible property with room to grow.

The property does not have to be perfect on day one. It needs strong potential, open space, and the ability to support creative, wellness, business, and community programming.

The Earthship Campus vision can be supported through property donation, long-term lease, lease-to-own structure, land partnership, buildout support, sponsorship, naming rights, design support, equipment donation, grant partnership, and strategic introductions.

Chicago Roots, Regional Vision

CLVR LABs is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit with roots in St. Louis and active programming across Chicago.

The CLVR LABs Earthship Campus™ vision is focused on growing the organization’s Chicago-area creative, wellness, vendor, and community development work into a permanent flagship property.

This campus would help turn the CLVR LABs ecosystem into a real destination for creators, entrepreneurs, and communities across the region.
